Pre-loved items are gently worn designer pieces sold directly by their original owner. Each listing includes condition notes and photos so you know exactly what you're buying.
Can I return a pre-loved purchase?
All pre-loved sales are final. If an item is materially not as described, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we'll investigate.
How do I sell my own pre-loved piece?
