# Kareena's Closet

> A trusted community marketplace for renting and buying pre-loved South Asian formalwear — lehengas, sarees, sherwanis, suits, and accessories.

Kareena's Closet is a peer-to-peer platform tackling the "wear-it-once" dilemma of South Asian occasion wear. Members can list their gently-used formal garments as Owners, rent outfits as Borrowers, or purchase pre-loved pieces as Buyers. Every Member is vetted to ensure garments are treated with care. The platform offers both Owner-Managed (80% commission to Owner) and KC-Managed (60% commission, full service including storage, photography, cleaning, and shipping) listing options.
